Useful to know

To remove the wax from your burner, wait for it to fully cool down. Then, gently push the wax, and it should easily come out and get ready to experience the next delightful scent.

WAX MELT CARE

We recommend using a 4 hour burn with an unscented tea light, to avoid your burner getting too hot. This length of tea-light will enable you to get the most from your wax melts. 

Always store in a dry and cool place, out of any sunlight. Never leave unattended, always keep burners away from children, pets, drafts and never move a burner while lit.

We are CLP compliant, this information can be found on the wax melt packaging. 

CHANGING YOUR WAX MELTS

Once you can no longer smell your fragrance or you just fancy burning a new one, it's time to change and remove the wax.

Light a tea-light under your burner and wait for a minute (or maybe less) until you can see the edges of your wax start to melt. Once you see this, you can blow out the tea-light, using a tissue push on the outer of the wax, this should release the wax in one block. You can then discard this and use another tissue to wipe any residue. Take care and extra precautions as your burner might be hot to touch. 

Each melt square will provide you with approx 12 hours+ of fragrance.

At Bliss & Blooms our Candles, Wax Melts and Diffusers are hand made please allow 3-5 working days for these to be made and dispatched. Where possible, your order may be fulfilled sooner than this advised period.

In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we aim to resolve them as quickly and effectively as possible; our customers are hugely important to us.

Shipping Service:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail 'aims for' a door to door service within 72 hours, excluding Sundays, however please do note this is only an aim for time and approximately 3-5% of shipments can take longer. 

Tracking:

We do not offer a step-by-step tracked service, all orders are scanned to confirm their collection from our premises and to confirm a successful delivery or an attempted delivery - this includes a satellite map image highlighting where the parcel has arrived to. If your order is missing, we can quickly launch an investigation into its whereabouts.

Lost Shipments: 

In order to conclude a parcel has been lost, a period of 7 working days from the shipped date must expire. In this event, please contact hello@blissandblooms.co.uk and a member of our team will begin an investigation into its whereabouts.
