CARING FOR YOUR CANDLE

Our scented candles are made with love and care, in the aim to provide you with hours of beautiful fragrance. Follow our tips to keep your candles looking and burning their best to maintain their high quality for longer.

HOW TO BURN YOUR CANDLE

Light your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from any drafts.

To ensure the candle burns evenly, allow the candle to melt to the edges of the glass. This is especially important on the first few burns of your candle. This will take approximately 2-4 hours.

We recommend burning your candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours at any one time and never leave unattended.

Trim wick to 5 mm between every burn (once the wax has set), to prolong the life of your candle and ensure a safe, steady flame.

Keep an eye on a burning candle if the wick is low, make sure you stop burning your candle when 10 mm of wax remains at the bottom.

Keep out of reach from children or pets.

*Please note candle burn times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on fragrance and correct candle maintenance being carried out. Please  refer  to our candle  care guide included with your purchase.

CARING FOR YOUR DIFFUSER

Simply place your diffuser in the desired area and insert all 6 of your reeds ensuring they are not touching outside the glass.

The fibre reeds are designed not to clog, so you should only need to flip them if you notice a decrease in scent throw.

STORING YOUR DIFFUSER

Do not place a diffuser directly onto polished, painted, plastic, leather surfaces, near a window or on electrical equipment, accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.

Keep away from open flames, do not smoke around this product. Store in a well ventilated place when not in use. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations.

*Depending on air circulation, room temperature and diffuser placement; the 100 ml diffusers are designed to last approximately 6-8 weeks.

WAX MELT CARE

We recommend using a 4 hour burn with an unscented tea light, to avoid your burner getting too hot. This length of tea-light will enable you to get the most from your wax melts.

Always store in a dry and cool place, out of any sunlight. Never unattended, always keep burners away from children, pets, drafts and never move a burner while lit.

We are CLP compliant, this information can be found on the wax melt packaging.

CHANGING YOUR WAX MELTS

Once you can no longer smell your fragrance or you just fancy burning a new one, it's time to change and remove the wax.

Light a tea-light under your burner and wait for a minute (or maybe less) until you can see the edges of your wax start to melt. Once you see this, you can blow out the tea-light, using a tissue push on the outer of the wax, this should release the wax in one block. You can then discard this and use another tissue to wipe any residue. Take care and extra precautions as your burner might be hot to touch.

Each melt square will provide you with approx 12 hours+ of fragrance.
