Making the most of your Diffuser

REED DIFFUSER CARE
Open your Bliss & Blooms Reed Diffuser:
  • Carefully unscrew the cap and remove the inner plug.
Prepare Diffuser:
  • Screw the cap back onto the bottle and insert the reeds, ensuring they are not touching outside the glass.
Allow Time to Fill the Room:
  • The reeds will begin drawing up the fragrance, diffusing it into the air.Leave 48 hours for the fragrance to fill the room with aroma.
Intensity:
  • Flip the reeds weekly to maintain the fragrance dispersion.
Handle with Care:
  • Remember to wash your hands after handling the reeds.


Top Tips for Optimal Performance of Your Bliss & Blooms Reed Diffusers

  • Placement: Experiment with different areas in your space to find the ideal spot for your reed diffuser. Opt for areas with good airflow that can be near windows or areas with more traffic flow, this will ensure maximum scent dispersion. Do not place a diffuser directly onto polished, painted, plastic, leather surfaces, accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials
  • Nose Blindness: If you find yourself no longer detecting the fragrance from your reed diffuser, try moving it to a different room or closing the door for a while. This helps reset your olfactory senses, allowing you to experience the scent anew.
  • Maintenance: Regularly wipe the reeds with a clean cloth or paper towel every few weeks to remove any dust or debris. This helps maintain optimal scent diffusion and keeps your reed diffuser performing at its best.

    Shipping & Returns

    At Bliss & Blooms our Candles, Wax Melts and Diffusers are hand made please allow 3-5 working days for these to be made and dispatched. Where possible, your order may be fulfilled sooner than this advised period.

    In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we aim to resolve them as quickly and effectively as possible; our customers are hugely important to us.

    Shipping Service:

    All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail 'aims for' a door to door service within 72 hours, excluding Sundays, however please do note this is only an aim for time and approximately 3-5% of shipments can take longer. 

    Tracking:

    We do not offer a step-by-step tracked service, all orders are scanned to confirm their collection from our premises and to confirm a successful delivery or an attempted delivery - this includes a satellite map image highlighting where the parcel has arrived to. If your order is missing, we can quickly launch an investigation into its whereabouts.

    Lost Shipments: 

    In order to conclude a parcel has been lost, a period of 7 working days from the shipped date must expire. In this event, please contact hello@blissandblooms.co.uk and a member of our team will begin an investigation into its whereabouts.
